Is this the final agenda?

We are currently finalizing the agenda. Please check back regularly for conference updates.

Should I arrive on Tuesday, April 23 or Wednesday, April 24?

Registration is on Tuesday, April 23 from 4 – 7 pm. The Tech Expo Hall will be open on those times as well. We will have a welcome networking reception in the Tech Expo hall during that time. Therefore, we encourage attendees to arrive and register Tuesday, April 23 rather than wait until Wednesday morning, April 24, to avoid longer wait times.

Qnections is expanding and adding to its traditional user group conference to include compelling sessions for senior leaders and more peer-led content throughout. These industry leaders will attend sessions geared towards industry innovation with new forums designed specifically for them.

Can I pick and choose my schedule like last year?

Yes. Once we update the agenda with a complete list of all sessions, you will be able to pick and choose any sessions you’d like to attend throughout the conference. Check out our track suggestions personalized to you!

What session can I attend? Do I have to stay within tracks for products I own or can I attend tracks for other products I'm interested in?

Similar to last year, Qnections 2019 opens all end-user sessions to all Quorum customers. See something you like but don't have? Attendees will benefit from special software promotions.

How do I download the Qnections 2019 App?

The app will available to download from the iOS and Android app store starting in early April. An email notification will be sent with instructions to get started.

Why is the Qnections 2019 app important to download?

The Qnections 2019 app will be your central hub for everything you'll need throughout Qnections including the full agenda, your personalized schedule, along with the ability to interact with other attendees, participate in Qnections 2019 games, and post on social media!

I can't find the Qnections 2019 App in the app store.

The Qnections 2019 app will be available for download in early April 2019. Quorum will reach out to registrants when it is available with further instruction on the process. The app will be available on iPhone and Android app stores.

Can I only pay the conference fee? Is there a way to unbundle the overall cost of $1299 USD?

Unfortunately no. In order to bring you a conference at the MGM Grand and keep the cost the same as last year, we negotiated one flat price for the use of the conference facility along with dedicated room blocks. This gave us more leverage to keep the price low for our customers. You do have the option of using FlexPay. It’s still an overall price of $1299 USD for Early Bird, but you can split the total payment and be charged for just the $749 conference fee upon registration. You will then be automatically charged for your two nights' stay, two networking receptions and all meals as a second transaction on March 1 ($550).

What does Quorum do with the pictures and video taken during Qnections?

Quorum or others on behalf of Quorum, will be photographing, audio and video recording, webcasting, and podcasting at Qnections venues and events. This includes, but is not limited to the general session, breakout session, technical sessions, technology hall, welcome receptions, and other activities. You agree that Quorum may use and share with partners, your image or likeness, if captured, in connection with any advertising or promotional content, program, or material for Qnections, Quorum and Quorum business and projects, or for any other lawful purpose, including by posting on public websites. Quorum is not, however, obligated to make any use of your image, name or likeness, or exercise any of the rights granted to it. You also understand that your image may appear in Qnections photos made available to you, other attendees, or the public, and that these third-parties may retain and distribute those photos.

Does Quorum provide a list of attendees to other attendees or sponsors?

Qnections is open only to customer and partner companies with a few exceptions. This list is proprietary information and, therefore, is not provided to exhibitors or attendees. Attendees and sponsors will, however, be able to contact fellow attendees and sponsors using the Qnections app.

Hotel

Who do I contact with questions about the room block or hotel reservations?

Like last year, Quorum has worked with MGM Grand to bring you one fee which bundles the cost of the conference along along with a 2 night stay at the resort. This also includes the networking receptions and all conference meals. Please let us know if you have any special room requests as we are managing the bulk of the hotel logistics this year. Can I extend my stay at the resort?

Yes! Please contact MGM directly. Let them know you are part of the Quorum conference. They also have great packages to explore surrounding areas.

What is the last day I can register?

The last day to register is March 22, 2019. However, we strongly recommend registering before February 14 to reserve your spot and take advantage of Early Bird Pricing. We expect spots to fill up quickly and encourage you to secure your place ASAP. All registration will close on March 22, 2019.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes! We know the resort is spectacular and you may want to bring a guest. You will be provided an option to select a Guest Package when you register. The Guest package is priced at $275 and includes the 2 networking receptions and all meals.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

You will receive a full refund if you cancel on or before March 1, 2019. No refunds will be issued after March 1, 2019 or for no shows.

If I can no longer attend, can I transfer my registration to a colleague?

Yes, but please do so before March 22, 2019 to provide us with enough time to work with the hotel to transfer attendee information and make sure that registration funds are allocated correctly.

What should I wear?

Most conference attendees wear business casual attire.

What does the registration fee cover?

The total registration cost of $1299 USD covers the conference registration fee ($749), a 2 nights’ stay at the hotel, 2 networking receptions and all meals and refreshment breaks.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

All food at the conference is served buffet style. At every meal, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options will be provided. If you have dietary restrictions beyond those listed, please note them accordingly on your registration form in the space provided.

Are meals provided at Qnections?

We will provide breakfast, lunch and dinner on Wednesday, April 24. Only breakfast and lunch will be provided on Thursday, April 25. Additionally, we will provide snacks and beverages during breaks and in between sessions.

Are speaker and/or sponsorship exhibit opportunities available? If so, who do I contact?

We are always looking for great content we can include and feature during the conference! Case studies and implementation stories that are tied to business value & ROI are of great interest. We encourage you to submit a topic and abstract for our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to review.
